2024 CSA: Chef's Share

This page is for purchasing a Chef's Share for pickup from Norwich NY, Union Square, Tompkins Square, 92nd Street & Ramsey NJ. For all other CSA locations click here (not all locations offer Chef Shares)

CSA begins in early June and consists of 22 weekly pickups.  

Our Chef's Share is a box of veggies, that include some of the more unique items that are popular amongst the chefs and restaurants we work with.  It is for the more adventurous 'foodie' who will take the time to investigate and cook with some lesser known ingredients.  Cost for this share is $1370.00 for 22 drops.  Below are two examaple shares:

EXAMPLE 1: 3pcs Pencil Leeks, 3pcs Tropea Onion, 1/2lb Cardoon, 1/2lb Broccolini, 3 Carrots, 1 Head Japanese Cauliflower, 1 head Traviso Radicchio, 1/2lb Spigariello, 1oz Lovage, 6pcs Aji Dulce Peppers. 

EXAMPLE 2: 1 bunch Agretti, 1pc Spring Garlic, 1/3lb Haricots Verts, 2pc Cylindrical Beets, 4pcs European Kirby Pickles, 2pcs Patio Eggplant, 1 giant Heirloom Tomato, 1/2lb French Sorrel, 3oz Anise Hyssop, 2 heads Gem Lettuce.

The option of adding 1 dozen eggs for $165 is available.  

All members must abide by our shareholder agreement which can be found here.

We do not offer holds or postpone shares due to vacations. In the event of inclement weather, we will offer an alternative date.
